Minimum stay: Four (4)
nights. 10 night minimum stay over Christmas. Less
than minimum stay will be assessed a clean fee. 1bd/1ba
- $100.00, 1bd/2ba - $125.00, 2bd/2ba - $150.00.

Check-out before 11:00am
Deposit: $125 non-refundable
deposit required with in 14 days of booking, or your
reservation will be forfeited, includes $25.00 registration
fee. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or a check in U.S. funds will
be accepted.
Full payment: Due on all
reservations 30 days prior to arrival in low season,
and 60 days prior to arrival in high season. |

and, during the winter months, the cavorting of humpback
whales as they enter the bay to mate and give birth to their
young.
